வக்பு சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா குறித்து கருத்து உங்கள் கருத்துக்களை தெரிவிப்பது எப்படி முழு விவரம் suggestions on the Waqf Amendment Bill 2024

இந்நிலையில் மக்களவையில் இதுதொடர்பான திருத்த மசோதா ஆகஸ்ட் 8  ம் தேதி தாக்கல் செய்யப்பட்டுள்ளது இந்த மசோதாவிற்க்கு எதிர்க்கட்சிகள் கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்த நிலையில் அந்த மசோதா நாடாளுமன்ற கூட்டு குழுவுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கப்பட்டது. மேலும் வக்பு வாரிய சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதாவை ஆராயும் நாடாளுமன்ற கூட்டு குழுவில் திமுகவின் 2 எம்பிக்கள் உள்பட 31 பேரின் பெயர்கள் அறிவிக்கப்பட்டது.

இந்த குழுவின் இரண்டாவது கூட்டம் நேற்று  நடைபெற்றது இதில் மும்பையைச் சேர்ந்த ஆல் இந்தியா சன்னி ஜாமியா துல் உலமா, டில்லியை இந்தியன் முஸ்லிம் சிவில் உரிமை கழகம், உ.பி., சன்னி மத்திய வக்பு வாரியம், மற்றும் ராஜஸ்தான் முஸ்லிம் வக்பு வாரியம் ஆகியவற்றை சேர்ந்த பிரதிநிதிகள் பங்கேற்ற அவர்கள் இந்த மசோதாவிற்க்கு கடும் எதிர்ப்பு தெரிவித்தனர்

மேலும் இந்த மசோதா மீதான தங்களது கருத்துகளை, பொதுமக்களும் தெரிவிக்க ஏதுவாக அரசு தரப்பில் முக்கிய நடவடிக்கை எடுக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.

இதன்படி இம்மசோதா குறித்த கருத்துகள், பரிந்துரைகளை, பொதுமக்கள், என்.ஜி.ஓ.,க்கள், நிபுணர்கள், நிறுவனங்கள் என, அனைத்து தரப்பினரும் வக்பு சட்டத்திருத்த மசோதா குறித்து கருத்து  15 நாட்களுக்குள் கருத்துக்களை தெரிவிக்கலாம் என நாடாளுமன்ற மக்களவை செயலகம் அறிவித்துள்ளது

அதன்படி தங்கள் கருத்துக்களை ஆங்கிலம் அல்லது ஹிந்தியில் எழுதி தபால் மூலம் தெரிவிக்கலாம் அல்லது jpcwaqflss@sansad.nic.in. என்ற இ - மெயில் முகவரிக்கும் தங்களது கருத்துகளை அனுப்பி வைக்கலாம் என அறிவிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது

இந்த அறிவிப்பை, வெளியிட்ட லோக்சபா செயலகம், 'எழுத்துப்பூர்வமாக தங்களது பரிந்துரைகளை அளிக்க விரும்புவோர், பார்லிமென்ட் கூட்டு குழுவுக்கு அனுப்பி வைக்கலாம்.ஆங்கிலம் அல்லது ஹிந்தியில் இரண்டு நகல்களுடன் கூடிய அந்த பரிந்துரைகளை,

JOINT COMMITTEE ON THE WAQF (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2024 INVITES SUGGESTIONS ON 'THE WAQF (AMENDMENT) BILL, 2024' 

The Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024, as introduced in Lok Sabha has been referred to the Joint Committee of Parliament for examination and report. Considering the wider implications of the proposed Bill, the Committee under the Chairpersonship of Shri Jagdambika Pal, M.P. have decided to invite memoranda containing views/suggestions from the public in general and NGOs/experts/stakeholders and institutions in particular. 

2. Those desirous of submitting written memoranda/suggestions to the Committee may send two copies thereof either in English or in Hindi to JOINT SECRETARY(JM), LOK SABHA SECRETARIAT, ROOM No.440, PARLIAMENT HOUSE ANNEXE, NEW DELHI- 110001, TEL.No(s) 23034440/23035284, FAX NUMBER: 23017709 and mail the same to jpcwaqf-lss@sansad.nic.in within 15 days from the date of publication of this advertisement. 3. The memoranda/suggestions submitted to the Committee would form part of the records of the Committee and would be treated as 'confidential' and enjoy privileges of the Committee.

4. Those who are desirous of appearing before the Committee, besides submitting memoranda, are requested to specifically indicate so. However, the Committee's decision in this regard shall be final.

The Joint Committee on the Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024 was held in New Delhi today to seek views and suggestions from various stakeholders. The Committee, constituted under the Chairmanship of Lok Sabha MP Jagdambika Pal, had invited views and suggestions from the stakeholders including the public, NGOs, experts, and institutions. 

The first meeting of the Committee was held on the 22nd of this month. The 31-member committee consists of 21 members from Lok Sabha and 10 members from Rajya Sabha.

The Waqf (Amendment) Bill, 2024 is intended to overcome the shortcomings and to enhance the efficiency of the administration and management of the waqf properties. The Bill has provision of renaming of the Waqf Act, 1995 as the Unified Waqf Management, Empowerment, Efficiency and Development Act, 1995. It also provides the functions of the Survey Commissioner to the Collector or any other officer not below the rank of Deputy Collector duly nominated by the Collector for the survey of waqf properties. It also has provision for a broad-based composition of the Central Waqf Council and the State Waqf Boards and ensuring the representation of Muslim women and non-Muslims. It also provides for the establishment of a separate Board of Waqf for Boharas and Aghakhanis, and representation of Shia, Sunni, Bohra, Agakhani and other backward classes among Muslim communities. The Bill also has provisions for reforming the Tribunal structure with two members and providing for appeals against the orders of the Tribunal to the High Court within a specified period of ninety days.
