தமிழ்நாடு முழுவதும் பிரதமர் வீடு கட்டும் திட்டத்திற்கு பயனாளிகள் கணக்கெடுப்பு நடத்த அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது.

நாடு முழுவதும் கிராமப்புறங்களில் வீட்டுவசதி மேம்படுத்தவும், ஏழைகளுக்கு தரமான வீட்டு வசதியை அளிக்கவும் பிரதான் மந்திரி ஆவாஸ் யோஜனா என்ற திட்டம் 2016- 17ம் ஆண்டுமுதல் மத்திய அரசு செயல்படுத்திவருகின்றது

இத்திட்டத்தின்கீழ் வீடு கட்ட மத்திய அரசு சார்பில் ரூ.1.11 லட்சமும், மாநில அரசு சார்பில் ரூ.1.72 லட்சம் வழங்கப்படுகிறது. 

கடந்த இரண்டு ஆண்டுகளாக இந்த திட்டத்திற்கு நிதி ஒதுக்கப்படவில்லை. இந்த நிலையில்தான் பிரதமர் மோடி 3வது முறையாக பொறுப்பேற்றுள்ள நிலையில், தற்போது இந்த திட்டத்தில் நடப்பாண்டு முதல் 2028- 29ம் ஆண்டு வரை நாடு முழுதும் 2 கோடி வீடுகள் கட்ட இலக்கு நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்டுள்ளது.இதற்கான பயனாளிகள் கணக்கெடுப்பை புதிதாக நடத்த மத்திய அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது. 

அதன் அடிப்படையில், தமிழகத்தில் அனைத்து ஊராட்சிகளிலும் பயனாளிகள் விபரத்தை கணக்கெடுக்க, ஊராட்சி செயலரை கணக்கெடுப்பாளராக நியமிக்க அறிவுறுத்தப்பட்டுள்ளது. 

பிரதமரின் வீடு கட்டும் திட்டத்தில் ஏற்கனவே தேர்வு செய்யப்பட்டுள்ள பயனாளிகள் நீக்க வேண்டும். 

தகுதி வாய்ந்த புதிய பயனாளிகளை சேர்த்தல் வேண்டும். இந்த திட்டத்திற்காக உருவாக்கப்பட்டுள்ள ஆப்-ல் பயனாளிகளை புகைப்படம் எடுத்து அவருடைய விவரங்களை சேர்க்க வேண்டும்.

இருசக்கர வாகனங்கள் தவிர்த்து பிற வாகனங்கள் அதாவது 3 மற்றும் 4 சக்கர வாகனங்கள் வைத்து இருந்தால் பயனாளிகளாக சேர்க்கக்கூடாது. 

ரூ.50 ஆயிரம் ரூபாய்க்கு மேல் உள்ள வரம்பில் கிசான் அட்டை வைத்திருப்பவர்களாக இருந்தால் பயனாளிகளாக சேர்க்கக்கூடாது. 

குடும்பத்தில் யாராவது அரசு பணியில் இருந்தால், அவர்களை  பயனாளிகளாக சேர்க்கக்கூடாது. 

குடும்ப உறுப்பினர் யாராவது மாத ஊதியம் ரூ.15 ஆயிரத்திற்கு மேல் வாங்கினால் இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயனாளிகளாக சேர்க்கக்கூடாது. 

தொழில் வரி, வருமான வரி செலுத்துபவர்களுக்கும் இந்த திட்டத்தின் கீழ் பயனாளிகளாக சேர்க்கக்கூடாது. 

2.5 ஏக்கர் மற்றும் அதற்கு மேல் இருந்தாலோ, பாசனம் இல்லாத நிலமாக இருந்தால் 5 ஏக்கர் மற்றும் அதற்கு மேல் வைத்திருந்தாலோ பயனாளிகளாக சேர்க்கக்கூடாது.  என மத்திய அரசு உத்தரவிட்டுள்ளது.

It has been advised to conduct a beneficiary survey for the Prime Minister's Housing Project across Tamil Nadu.

Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana is a scheme implemented by the central government since 2016-17 to improve housing in rural areas and provide quality housing to the poor.

Under this scheme, Rs. 1.11 lakh is provided by the central government and Rs. 1.72 lakh by the state government.

The project has not been allocated funds for the last two years. It is in this situation that Prime Minister Modi has taken charge for the 3rd time, and now in this project, the target of constructing 2 crore houses across the country from the current year to 2028-29 has been set.

Based on that, it has been advised to appoint the Panchayat Secretary as the enumerator to enumerate the details of the beneficiaries in all panchayats in Tamil Nadu. 

Beneficiaries who have already been selected in the Prime Minister's Housing Scheme should be removed. Add qualified new users. 

The app developed for this project requires the users to take their photos and add their details.

Apart from two-wheelers, other vehicles i.e. 3 and 4 wheelers should not be included as beneficiaries.

Kisan card holders above the limit of Rs.50 thousand should not be included as beneficiaries.

If anyone in the family is in government service, they should not be included as beneficiaries.

If any family member earns more than Rs.15 thousand per month they should not be included as beneficiaries under this scheme.

Business tax and income tax payers should also not be included as beneficiaries 

under this scheme.2.5 acres and above and 5 acres and above if non-irrigated land should not be included as beneficiaries. Central Government has ordered.
